No End in Sight

Hindsight is 20/20 for Charles Ferguson. In this film, he clearly identifies the decisions that have created the failure that Iraq is today. The film shows how incompetence has been exported from the White House to Iraq. However, near the movie's conclusion, I began to wonder if this was not incompetence. Rather, was it a deliberate set of choices to create a patriotic resistance in Iraq that will take decades of fighting to defeat.

Ultimately, we the voters are to blame for the mess in Iraq. In 2004, we could have replaced Bush with a well educated war veteran, having many years of foreign policy experience.
